Happy Hot Morning Breakfast (gluten- and dairy free)

½-cup quinoa flakes
1-cup water
¼ cup sunflower or pumpkin seeds (raw and hulled)
2 Tbsp ground flax
2 tsp cinnamon
½ cup unsweetened vanilla flavoured almond milk or coconut milk


Add quinoa flakes and water to rice cooker – turn it on. ☺

When it is done, put the hot cereal in a bowl and add all other ingredients. Mix with your spoon…voila! Enjoy

No rice cooker – it works on the stove as well. Just keep an eye on it and when your desired consistency is reached take it off the stove and mix with the other ingredients.
